If you volunteer at PonyUp4Kids, chances are you’ve already met Jane—our incredible Volunteer Coordinator and the heart of our barn family. With her boundless energy, compassionate spirit, and deep love for both people and horses, Jane ensures every volunteer feels welcomed, supported, and empowered. Whether she’s leading orientations, organizing schedules, or offering a kind word after a long day, Jane is the reason so many of our volunteers call PonyUp4Kids their second home. We’re beyond lucky to have her leading the charge and inspiring our team every step of the way.

Jess is the heartbeat of our herd. As PonyUp4Kids’ Equine Welfare Assistant, she brings deep compassion, sharp intuition, and tireless dedication to the care of our rescued horses and ponies. From early morning feedings to late-night check-ins, Jess ensures every animal is healthy, comfortable, and thriving. Her knowledge of equine behavior and wellness helps us create a safe, nurturing environment not just for our horses—but for every participant who connects with them. Whether she’s mentoring volunteers or calming a nervous pony, Jess leads with kindness and grit. We’re lucky to have her watching over our four-legged family.

Bob keeps PonyUp4Kids running smoothly—literally. As our Farm Maintenance Manager, he’s the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures the barn, paddocks, fences, and equipment are safe, functional, and ready for every horse and human who walks through our gates. With decades of hands-on experience and a heart as big as the farm, Bob brings reliability, resourcefulness, and a can-do spirit to everything he touches. Whether he’s fixing a water line, building a new shelter, or lending a hand during programs, Bob’s work makes our mission possible. We’re grateful every day for his steady presence and deep care for the land and animals we love.
Our volunteers are at the heart of our mission, helping with daily tasks like feeding, grooming, and caring for our horses to ensure they’re happy, healthy, and ready for their important role. By joining us, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming space where humans can find confidence, resilience, and joy through their bond with these animals.
